Collar & Harness
We love the Martingale style for puppies just entering their leash training stage. I have gone thru and found ones that I would recommend using but in the end, it's "the new owners" choice of what they'd like to use.

Toys
I do not recommend toys with any kind of rope in it or stuffing for any puppy. Rope pieces can be ingested and cause potential obstructions in the intestines.
