Shipping and Delivery Information.

We have started researching other methods of

transporting our puppies to their new homes.

I have started offering ground transport personally.

Please let us know upon reservation which kind of arrangements you will need. For detailed information about these services and / or to make arrangements please contact us using the "Contact Us" form. We will be more than happy to walk you through any questions or concerns you may have.

Shipping by air:

We pre-book the puppy's flight in advance so you will know when and where to pick up your puppy at the airport. We will provide you with detailed information via email and you will need to read and print off the directions for you records and return the email signed and dated so we will know that you have read, received and understand the directions.

Basic Priority Shipping:

(NOTE: DUE TO INCREASE IN SHIPPING FEES AND TRAVEL CRATE REQUIREMENTS- BASIC PRIORITY SHIPPING HAS INCREASED. )

Basic priority shipping is $450 - $550 (depending on airline, size of puppy and crate requirements) for most any USA destination and everything else needed for the shipping is included in this fee. Canada, Alaska and kennel + puppy size/weight may cause the shipping fee to vary. The shipping fee covers the appropriate size airline approved crate , health certificate, travel bowls, absorbent bedding, extra nourishment, transportation cost to and from veterinarian and airport. All puppies are fed, watered and allowed to play/potty before going into their crate. We make sure that the puppy fits perfectly and comfortably into his or her new crate. The airline requires puppy's to be able to stand up and turn around without touching the top or sides of the crate. All flights are pressurized, climate controlled air crafts. This will help keep your new puppy from getting sick while traveling. All flights are pre-booked for the shortest flight time possible. All flights will be monitored closely during extremely hot or cold weather. The BREEDER is no longer responsible for the health / well being of the puppy once he or she is released into the airlines possession.

We use Delta Pets First only. Shipping's are only done once shipping fee has been paid.

USDA regulations require animals to be at least 8 weeks old and fully weaned before they can be shipped via air. I require puppies to be at least 10-12 weeks old before shipping, but this can change depending on puppy's size and weight.

Carry On is also a great method of shipping. If you so choose to use this method, then it will be "the new owners' " to pre-book the flight for you and your puppy. Please make sure that you coordinate your personal flight arrangements to fly into the closest major airport to us which will be...Charlotte Douglas International and please be sure to allow enough time to meet with us to pick up your puppy, do all the necessary paperwork and get back into the airport for you flight.

Please note that if you decide to use this method, then you will need to purchase your own airline approved crate or let us know if we need to pick one up for you. The price of the health certificate and crate will then be added to the balance due of the puppy.

Requirements are as follows:

Your pet must be small enough to fit comfortably in a kennel under the seat directly in front of you. Maximum carry on kennel dimensions are determined by your flight. You must contact your airline of choice to determine the appropriate kennel size. Your pet must remain inside the kennel (with door secured) while in the boarding area, in the airport lounge and while on board the aircraft. Your pet must be at least 8 weeks of age to fly. You may not carry on more than one pet. Your pet in-cabin counts as one piece of carry on baggage.

Pets are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
